
Andrea Noell Rodriguez, Co-Founder & President, is a native of the Tucson region. Her career track took her through several Wall Street firms to become a supervising branch manager. She used those skills and her strong client service ethic to start her own investment practice as an independent financial advisor. Later she worked as lead portfolio manager and member of the executive team for Mission Management & Trust where she continued to develop her community commitment. Noell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
One of Tucson's shining examples of Tucson's "growing our own," Noell has been involved as a leader in numerous organizations that emphasize opportunities and empowerment for women and minorities. She is a graduate of the 2004 United Way Multicultural Leadership Development Program, and recent past president of the League of Women Voters of Greater Tucson, a non-partisan political organization.
Noell has volunteered on many Tucson non-profit boards and community projects, including a steering committee position with the Puro Mexicano Film Festival. She served as volunteer coordinator for the festival, overseeing roughly 150 volunteers during the smooth-running weekend.
Her experience coordinating, collaborating and managing multiple projects and events in both her professional and volunteer life brings a broad array of skills to Concierge Services of Tucson.
Maria Elena B. Sandoval, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, is a Tucson native who was salutatorian in her class at St. Gregory's Preparatory School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from Wellesley College, where, as part of her degree program, she studied at Universidad de Cordoba in Spain. Sandoval's professional experience includes Business and Property Administrator for the Tucson Airport Authority, and has been a legal assistant in areas of real estate, commercial finance, banking, estate planning and probate. She is also a licensed real estate agent, specializing in negotiating/writing lease contracts, tenant development, contract negotiations and property management. In addition she is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Tucson Association of Realtors, and a member of the Tucson Wellesley College Club.
Maria E. Moreno, Co-Founder & Treasurer, is a native of the southwest with mang>y skills and talents. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Moreno worked for 12 years in the financial services industry. As she started her family, she began designing and printing materials for churches, non-profit organizations and small businesses. Today she operates NuvoPrint & Design, offering print solutions to individuals, non-profits and small businesses, as well as the City of Tucson. In addition, Moreno is a skilled bookkeeper and tax preparation specialist.
Irma Burruel, Co-Founder & Board Member, a native Tucsonan, has 28 years of administrative experience in the financial services industry. In 1995, she added a complement to her day job by providing personal services, such as house/pet sitting and small event coordinating. Her outgoing and professional demeanor makes it easy for clients to interact and plan their personal projects.
